CLASS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:  If classes are cancelled by Simplee Gourmet NOLA  Management due to insufficient enrollment, acts of God, or extenuating circumstances - participants will be notified via phone, email or text message and issued a refund for  the purchase price of the transaction.  Minimum guest count per class is five participants.  Maximum class size is 12 participants.   If a registered participant cannot attend, another person may be sent in the participant's absence; However, he or she must agree to and adhere the cooking class policies and procedures.

PRIVACY POLICY:When you book a cooking class with Simplee Gourmet NOLA, register online  or schedule a private event, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on out mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone, ever.

ALCOHOL POLICY: Alcoholic beverages are occasionally used in our recipes and may be provided solely for such purpose.  Simplee Gourmet  does not serve, purchase or distribute alcoholic beverages for personal consumption. However, participants (21 or older), private adult (21 or older) parties have the option to provide their own alcoholic beverages for consumption during the program or event. Participants and guests are solely responsible for their decision to consume alcoholic beverages knowing that Simplee Gourmet  shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever to the guest or any third party for the consumption of those beverages or any consequences or actions related to the consumption of said beverages.

MENUS: We reserve the right to substitute ingredients or change any menu due to availability of seasonal ingredients. However, we will make every effort to remain true to our advertised menu.

LIABILITY WAIVER: There are potential risks associated with a kitchen environment including preparing and consuming food products. The use of cooking utensils, including sharp instruments, hot surfaces, and equipment, can make cooking dangerous. Some participants may have known or unknown food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, our particular cooking class setting does not allow for us to accommodate for such issues. Participation in classes and events may result in injury or illness. Simplee Gourmet and its owners/agents will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage, to participants, or their property (cell phones, clothing or persons) or personal injury or damage, by reactions to or from handling, ingesting or exposure to food products, preparation tools or equipment. Furthermore, with your class registration, purchase and or participation, knowing the risks and potential dangers you agree to forever indemnify and hold harmless Simplee Gourmet LLC and any of the participating staff, their officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability, loss, claim, damage, or action whatsoever.

PHOTO RELEASE: Photos taken during classes and events may be used for promotional material. Class registration confirms your consent to and authorization of the use for any purpose whatsoever.
